Alright,
I am a bit stuck...
I really don't even know where to start for my introduction. I have a lot of good information and i am still looking for more, but i just don't know how to start my first paragraph. I don't know what information to use in it, and i don't have a grabber either. I just feel a bit stuck. I need to find more information on y topic and that is what i am doing, but i don't know what information i need to use in my introduction.
I have no idea where to start....

Does anyone have any ideas on where to start?
Has anyone else written theirs and can help me start mine?

Julia,
You have a good start on the sources.
To become unstuck:
1) Annotate your sources in Noodle Tools.
2) This will help you sort out ideas and lead to mapping.
3) Once you've done that you can develop a thesis.
4) Dig deeper. Live (for a couple of days) in the Health and Wellness Resource Center --Gale database.
Let me know how it goes next week.

Julia,

Also see: The American College of Sports Medicine Position Stand on the Female Athlete Triad.

The triad refers to:
three related health problems often found in women athletes that includes a combination of:

* Low energy availability (eating disorders)
* menstrual irregularities (amenorrhea)
* Weak bones (increased risk of stress fractures and osteoporosis)

Their list of references is AMAZING

This will help you map your topic.
